Reporting to the Vice President of Product and Account Management, this position is responsible for the growth, execution and oversight of HealthGuide (which includes HealthGuide and Nurseline), within DBG. Primary responsibilities for this role leading HealthGuide will encompass key executive leadership, strategy, product development, sales and management of overall client execution and experience for Anthem and external business relationships. He/she will be the P&L Leader for this segment which will exceed $70M in 2020 with growth orientation towards $200M+ top line revenue in the coming years.
Collaboration with C Suite Executives to ensure client needs are met through flawless implementation and program management are critical as is a strong focus on driving financial performance. As a key leader, the Staff VP of HealthGuide will maintain a culture of operational excellence and innovation, flawless execution and cultivate an operating environment that promotes highly aligned leadership and shared services teams that advance the successful deployment of offerings that meet the ever-changing healthcare landscape and needs of our providers and customers.
Evaluate, develop and manage external business partnerships.
Direct the end-to-end client acquisition, onboarding and implementation process across the Anthem enterprise and shared service functions to ensure successful outcomes with external business.
Oversee the lifecycle management process that proactively assures optimal value and ensures ROI is maintained through products and programs.
Ensure projects are managed and prioritized, implemented in a timely manner and that targeted ROI is achieved and coordinate annual cost & budget, associate engagement, and PM planning processes.
Coordinate the communication and implementation of key decisions and approved action plans.
Design and execute core business segment management and governance processes.
Develop and lead a strategic business plan for how to collaborate with and serve as the primary interface the Anthem Digital team for consumer/member engagement opportunities.
Organize and execute a product strategy and capabilities roadmap to ensure the acquisition and retention of key external Blue plan customers against a very competitive market.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION REQUIRED:
BA required, master's degree in business, healthcare administration or related field is preferred.
10 plus years' experience in healthcare industry, including with health plans, ACOs, payors, providers, life sciences firms, etc. required.
Decisive, quick on your feet, strong executive presence with the ability to drive growth and execute.
Deep understanding of the advocacy space and competitors in the market.
Competitive and entrepreneurial mindset to drive growth in new and existing markets with ability to identify opportunities, interact with decision makers and provide highest quality results.
Strong communication skills with ability to develop compelling written communications, term sheets and presentations.
Experience building high performing teams including developing, managing, and coaching for success.
Consistently delivers high-impact results.

Annual Compensation Target: $162,720 - $203,400
Actual compensation may vary from posting based on geographic location, work experience, education and/or skill level.
