Staff Technical Program Manager - Futures Technology

We are looking for a Staff Technical Program Manager to come and join Intuit's Futures team. The team's mission is to develop and incubate emerging technologies, user experiences, capabilities and products that have the potential to be transformative to our customers and business.

Responsibilities

• Be part of the Futures PMO org

• Drive planning, execution, and operations across Emerging Experiences and Software Acceleration product areas

• Be the owner for Op Mechs such as Product and Program Reviews, sprint planning, sprint demos and code jams

• Support our various external partnership programs

• Build operational rigor and operational processes to cross-functional teams to ensure sustainable results and delivery against the timelines

• Identify core and critical issues to organizational performance and clearly communicate status, progress, and results across the organizational boundaries and levels

• Build and maintain relationships inside and outside the organization to ensure strong collaboration, raise the profile of the team and its key initiatives, and capitalize on emerging opportunities
