As a Staff Technical Program Manager on the Operations & Maintenance (O&M) team, you will be responsible for the planning and execution of cross-functional technical and operational projects and procedures. You will work closely with Logistics, Service, IT, Procurement, and Service to provide process and technology solutions that will enable Tesla to scale.
"Concept to completion" ownership of projects
Work collaboratively with all stakeholders (project managers, service teams, supply chain, communications team etc.) through the various stages of the project: Concept development, testing, execution.
Drive vendor partnership working closely with supply chain and purchasing team and ensure alignment on program requirements, scope, schedule and cost.
Drive requirements and solutions with all internal stakeholders for the success of the project.
Own and drive internal operations during the ramp up, equipment procurement, vehicle building, training, recruiting phases of the projects.
Set goals, track deliverables, identify risk and drive mitigations across all stages of the project.
Own execution and completion of multiple projects, as needed.
Identify resource requirements and highlight gaps across various stages for all projects.
Own report-outs for all projects, highlighting status, risks, mitigations and opportunities across all levels of management within Tesla.
Manage roadmap of program and working within the framework of the overall program.
