  • Develop and execute sophisticated software tests to verify conformance of feature(s) functionality implemented by Engineering against requirements specifications laid out by Product Marketing.

  • Perform quality assurance tests to ensure completion of Nuage VSP Features and interact extensively with software, hardware, and firmware teams.

  • Participate in system design so that Quality Assurance is considered throughout the entire lifecycle of the Nuage VSP Feature Set

  • Automate test cases using in-house Tcl & Python based infrastructure and maintain them. Enhance the automation infrastructure if the tests require that

  • Enhance Test strategies, Automation & Build infrastructure with feedback and analysis from real-world Customer deployments

Location: Candidate should be located in: Mountain View, CA


  • 6-9 years of experience in L2/L3/SDN QA & automation

  • Experience in IP networking testing and troubleshooting

  • Experience in IP networking testing and troubleshooting

  • Strong Expertise in Layer 2 or Layer 3 VPN technologies (MP BGP, EVPN, Vxlan,V6Vpn)

  • Experience with Virtualized Switching Products such as Nexus 1000v or SDWan Products such as Cisco ISR, Meraki

  • Server Virtualization/Container expertise with KVM, Docker or Vmware ESXi is a huge plus

  • Scripting/Programming Skills in Python, Tcl, Shell

  • Excellent problem solving and communication skills,

  • Strong interpersonal and communication (both written and verbal) skills are required The candidate must be able to successfully work in close-knit teams

  • Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and to work in a fast paced, innovative environment

Responsibilities * Take ownership of our API services and features that: * Connect biometric and clinical data across multiple health platforms * Allow doctors and coaches to provide patient care via seamless access to Livongo * Provide real-time data exchanges for internal teams, including Data Science, Clinical, and Operations * Develop and support the full product lifecycle of partner integrations * Provide strategies and solutions for authentication, cross-platform communication, data standards and platform infrastructure * Harness software frameworks such as Scala, Play, gRPC, OAuth, Kafka, MySQL, Redis, Docker, SMART on FHIR, Akka, Cats, Microservices, Kubernetes, protobuf, RabbitMQ and Redshift * Contribute to the design and rollout of Livongo's new micro-services platform Candidate Profile Our successful candidate will have: * BS degree in Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.
