Responsibilities

Radiant Solutions is looking for software and system testing support:

  • Conduct quality assurance/ software testing during new feature development and regression test cycles.

  • Provide technical (software and systems) support during beta testing.

  • Create and update test plans and procedures.

  • Provide demonstrations and training to customers/end users as part of a team of trainers.

  • Able to conduct (one-on-one or group) classroom and field training.

  • Create and update software presentations/demonstrations, training materials, labs, exercises, and course work as needed.

  • Interface with government customers on a routine basis to discuss requirements, software development progress, bug fixes, training, and other technical support.

  • Provide technical support to all users via phone, email, portal, user engagements, etc.

  • Coordinate/facilitate meetings between various government points of contacts and Division Manager/Program Managers/Technical Leads as necessary.

  • Identify and communicate new business leads, program issues, collaborative efforts, etc. with Division Manager, Program Managers, and Technical Leads (new system development and integration, user requirements, community technical engagements, working meetings, etc.)

  • Attend government and industry meetings as required.

  • Be a Subject Matter Expert for various programs and communicate capabilities to various technical and non-technical audiences (users and senior leaders).

  • Have working knowledge of the various components and missions within the Intelligence Community and Department of Defense.

Qualifications

  • BS in Engineering or related Technical Discipline plus 5 years experience or an MS in Engineering plus 3 years of experience or demonstrates knowledge of requirements for the position

  • 2+ years experience fielding and testing software applications

  • Ability to understand technical needs of customers and communicate expectations to others within the organization

  • Ability to utilize critical thinking to solve complex problems

  • Knowledge of marketing, business development and sales

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills to include active listening

  • Understanding of wireless communications preferred

  • Working knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems preferred

  • U.S. Citizen with a TS/SCI clearance
