Job Description and Duties

DSH-Napa, Forensic Services Department, is hiring a Staff Services Analyst (SSA) with strong analytical skills. Under the general direction of the Staff Services Manager I, the SSA will perform complex case tracking tasks including receiving and interpreting court orders, tracking patient case status, computing patient commitment time.

The incumbent will be responsible for communicating with court clerks, attorneys, clinical team members, law enforcement, and Conditional Release Program staff relative to court cases, patient commitments, and involuntary treatments. It is critical that this incumbent possess excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as the ability to interpret and apply applicable laws, regulations, policies, and procedures.
