The RN SE&I contract provides Systems Engineering and Integration (SE&I) support to the USAF Space and Missile Systems Center (SMC) Range and Network Directorate (SMC/RN). RN acquires services to modernize and sustain the Launch and Test Range System (LTRS), the Air Force Satellite Control Network (AFSCN) and the Space Training Acquisition Office (STAO). This position involves providing on-site support to Government personnel at Peterson AFB (PAFB) as a representative of the RN Security Manager. Specifically, this position will:
Manage the Government Personnel Security Program including processing SCI access requests; review the Unit Manning Document (UMD) Security Access Requirement (SAR) codes; conduct training; manage Controlled Access Badges; prepare Security Information Files as directed; and manage application for Common Access Cards
Manage the Industrial, Personnel, Physical, and Information Security Programs for SMC/RN at Peterson AFB
Support the management of DD Form 254 for RN contracts
Provide advice to RN Government personnel at PAFB on security issues
Manage the OPSEC program for RN at PAFB including its CIL and COMSEC program
Develop local Security Training Plan and ensure compliance in all required areas
Assist and coordinate with the Information Assurance/Cybersecurity Officer in the management of the Division's Communication's Security Program
Manage the Force Protection program in compliance with PAFB directives
Prepare the unit for inspections; manage continuity binders; complete the various unit security discipline checklists and resolve any deficiencies; and conduct remediation and comply with reporting requirements/procedures for any findings or observation discovered during a staff assist visit (SAV) / integrated program review (IPR)/ Inspector General (IG) inspections
Qualifications Required (Skills) Bachelor's degree in Management, Security Systems or related field or equivalent work experience
Minimum 7 years of experience in security program management in a Government classified environment with at least 3 years leading a security program and some supervisory experience.
Extensive experience with DoD/Air Force security instructions, manuals, guidance
Excellent communication skills
Have two or more of the following SFPC, PSC, SAPPC, SPSC, SPICP or similar certifications

Qualifications Desired Prior experience as a Government Security Manager
