Staff Schedulers produce timely, courteous and effective telephonic outreach to members served in the care management program who are to be scheduled for timely initial and annual comprehensive health assessments in accordance with established turnaround times. Staff schedulers work collaboratively with the care management teams and Nurses to maintain program performance and accuracy expectations.

Staff Schedulers at Behavioral Health Network have the following qualities:
Excellent customer service, telephonic, interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills.
Excellent organizational skills.
Consistent attention to detail in completion of tasks and meeting deadlines.
Working knowledge of program contract requirements (required).
Proficient use of computers including EMR systems, Microsoft Office suite, Excel, Word, Outlook.
Excellent time management skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with other staff and teams.
Minimum of 2 years of experience working in customer service (preferred).
Minimum of 2 years of experience working in healthcare/insurance (preferred).
Previous care management experience (preferred).
High School Diploma or equivalent (required).
In accordance with the BHN Mandatory COVID vaccine policy - all staff, interns, temps, residents and contractors are required to be fully vaccinated no later than day one of employment. Medical or religious exemptions will be offered and must be approved prior to starting work.
The same guidelines noted above apply during flu season (defined as December 1st - through end of flu season as announced by the CDC) for BHN's Mandatory Influenza Vaccine policy.
