YOU MUST HAVE
Significant experience in engineering design and development of mechanical products.
Ability to influence others to accept new concepts, practices, and approaches.
High degree of interpersonal and communication skills, effective at all levels of management.
Effectively demonstrates ability to deliver on complex situations or problems without guidance or supervision.
Technical knowledge of additive manufacturing or connected solutions preferred.
