What you will do
Work on process, technology, and product development activities with multi-functional teams.
Involvement may begin at any step from concept and feasibility to full-scale manufacturing.
Sustain routine lab operations, including planning and running laboratory experiments and equipment troubleshooting.
Oversee module ownership and associated projects.
Rapidly drive projects forward using a combination of skills, including project leadership, collaboration, communication, engineering aptitude, attention to detail, and creative problem solving.
Use technical/scientific experience and knowledge to drive innovative solutions to our customer's challenges.
Mentor junior engineers and technicians.
Communicate results to diverse audiences both internally and externally.

Who you are
PhD (or Master's degree with equivalent experience) in the following disciplines: Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Physics or related.
Minimum experience in semiconductor industry: 5 years with a PhD or 8 years with a Master's.
Demonstrated experience in thin film deposition and metrology (ellipsometry, FTIR) is required, preferably ALD or PECVD.
Solid knowledge of plasma physics is a plus.
Proficient in design of experiments (DOE).
Willingness to travel internationally.
