Green Oaks Physical Therapy (GOPT) has provided exceptional outpatient orthopedic care in the DFW metroplex for over 20 years! Founded by Physical Therapists in 2000, GOPT now has 17 locations that allow us to serve the people in our communities with compassionate and competent care. We are looking to hire a full-time a Staff Physical Therapist at our Arlington location. The Arlington clinic has a team-based treatment open environment that is McKenzie based with aquatic therapy available as well. The staff position has growth opportunities to become a future director, mentorship, and a generous compensation package with a reasonable productivity bonus.

We Are Seeking:

  • Physical Therapist with a strong drive to serve others, learn, and grow in a mentorship environment

  • A therapist with strong desire for excellent patient care, quality, efficiency, and outcomes

  • Self-starters who have a strong work ethic, and who possess a team-oriented personality

  • Excellent communication and people skills

  • Current state of Texas license or (soon to have if relocating)

  • Our clinical education and mentorship model allow for a successful transition from school to clinical setting
