Educate patients and their families on treatment options and expectations

Document patient progress and maintain accurate and detailed medical records

Stay up-to-date with the latest research and advancements in physical therapy

Assist in the development and implementation of departmental policies and procedures

Qualifications:Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy Program.Candidates must possess in-state licensure1 year of experience as a physical therapist1 year of home health experience as a physical therapist - preferred

Candidates must possess strong caring interpersonal skills
