Staff Pharmacist

Phoenix Pharmacy Solutions is currently seeking Full-Time Staff Pharmacists!

We are looking for professionals that want to join our team to help improve the well-being of our patients and their families. You will be interacting with a fantastic team that values its employees and constantly works to provide a positive environment. The company has a strong emphasis on providing excellent customer service to its patients and clients. The pharmacy has a brick-and-mortar location in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.

Responsibilities:

• Processing and accurately dispense prescription orders

• Counsel physicians and patients on the proper use of medications,

• Ensure compliance with company and legal policies, procedures, and regulations

• Models, enforces, and provides direction and guidance to pharmacy staff members

• Work with Pharmacist-in-Charge on work schedule and be accessible to discuss availability each week

Qualifications:

• Must be licensed and in good standing with the Louisiana Board of Pharmacy

• Excellent attention to detail

• Willingness to be a team player and promote a positive team environment

• Understanding of workflow processes and ability to adapt accordingly to changes

• Flexible and proactive to meet varied patient needs

• Self-Motivated and able to work autonomously to ensure completion of tasks

• Able to collaborate with other healthcare professionals

• Experience with PioneerRx, FrameworkLTC, or a similar systems
