Staff Pharmacist

POSITION SUMMARY The Hospital Pharmacist prepares and dispenses prescribed medications, drugs, and other pharmaceuticals according to professional standards and practices; provides pharmaceutical care to patients through medication consultation with physicians, nurses and other healthcare professionals, drug therapy monitoring and patient medication teaching. LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION(S): Currently licensed (or eligible)#in Vermont.
