Directs program and process synchronization on wide range of issues to include support, internal management, information management, and staff actions, both internal and external to the organization.
Directs multi-directorate staffing and implementation of plans, programs, internal policies and processes to facilitate organizational priorities.
Manages the internal, sustainment and long-range planning and operations with a focus on budget and POM.
Provides overall management of services in the areas of program cost analysis, annual and fiscal year planning, and development of annual work plans.
Assists the Commander in providing senior level direction and management oversight for the development and execution of Command strategy for all matters pertaining to Civilian Human Resources (CHR) management.
Advises the commander on civilian personnel issues, acts as the overall senior advisor of CHR functions.
