Swedish Covenant Hospital – Chicago, IL | Observation Unit, ICU, CC/Tele, Med-Surg 5140 N California Ave, Chicago, IL 60625 Job Details: Staff RN, Registered Nurse – full-time Pay Details: $34.68-55.15 (based on experience and internal equity) Weekend Requirement: rotating Shifts: nights, 7:00p-7:00a(12's) What you will do: Independently provide safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care for a patient population on a specific unit Utilize the nursing process in planning, implementing, and evaluating the patient plan of care Guide and direct assigned unlicensed assistive personnel in delivering interdisciplinary patient care Communicate and collaborate with members of the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and continuity of care Positively contributing to safety outcomes and promoting high quality patient experience Experience Requirements: 1 years of experience in med/surg, acute care/inpatient setting Telemetry experience preferred Illinois RN License BLS/CPR & ACLS ASN – required, BSN or interest in continuing education preferred Join a healthcare system where compassionate care and professional growth go hand in hand.
