Staff Nurse (New Grad) - Telemetry

The Staff Nurse is responsible for delivering patient care through the nursing process of assessment, diagnosing, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Senior nursing students and nursing school graduates who have not yet taken the NCLEX exam are eligible to work as nurses under the direct supervision of a licensed provider for the duration of the public health emergency, performing nursing care for patients based on established clinical nursing practice standards and collaborating with other professional disciplines to ensure effective and efficient patient care delivery and the achievement of desired patient outcomes.

This position reports to the Nurse Manager/Director and operates within established organizational and departmental policies and procedures.

• Senior nursing student or nursing school graduate who has not yet taken the NCLEX exam required

• CPR training required.

• Demonstrated excellent technical, interpersonal, organizational, oral, and written communication skills required.
