7702Staff Licensed Practical NurseMinimum: $60,423 to Maximum: $66,783. The salary range or contractual rate listed is subject to applicable differentials for experience, shift, certification or education.

• High School Diploma, or equivalent

• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in an outpatient medical office setting or currently enrolled in an RN program having successfully completed Nursing Fundamentals & Introductory Pharmacology course with minimum grade received as a B

• Recent venipuncture and IV access experience

• REQUIRED

• Current New York State Licensed Practical Nurse

• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS)

• Must demonstrate consistent professional conduct and meticulous to detail.

• Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as excellent interpersonal skills with patients, staff and other healthcare professionals.

The Staff Licensed Practical Nurse functions under the supervision and guidance of the Provider, participates in the multi-disciplinary care and treatment to patients, and provides clinical support and technical assistance to the professional medical and other staff.

Functions within the scope of practice dictated by the authority of the New York State Office of Professions.
