Currently, we are looking for a Staff Internal Auditor to join the ArcBest team. As a member, you will be responsible for performing audit work in the areas of Sarbanes Oxley internal control testing, external auditor assistance in the annual financial statement audit, service center operations and special projects under the direction of leadership
Your contribution may include:
Follow an audit program, the instructions of others and prior workpapers.
Prepare concise and complete audit workpapers for Sarbanes-Oxley testing and other assignments.
Prepare written summaries of audit results and conclusions; including service center audits.
Assist external auditors with annual financial statement audits.
Complete audit report templates.
Travel and perform audit procedures at service center locations.
Other duties and projects, as assigned.
As a Staff Internal Auditor, you will be a member of the ArcBest Internal Audit team in Fort Smith, AR. Your hours will be Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm, with irregular hours that may occur depending on work load and time of the year.
