The Staff Internal Auditor is responsible for performing internal audits including financial, compliance and operational audits.
You will be working closely with all functions of the business in identifying company's inherent risk.
Prepare work papers and communicate audit reports
Plan, execute and complete audit fieldwork according to established schedule
Recommend internal control improvements
Prepare and present audit reports as well as document internal controls.
Assist in developing internal quality control process that will enable the Internal Audit function to align with the Institute of Internal Audit's standards.
Collaborate with external auditors to avoid duplication of effort.
Maintain a very positive image of the Internal Audit function by providing additional support to our business partners.
Support Senior Auditor with completing additional assigned responsibilities in Internal Audit
Other duties as assigned
International and domestic travel up to 25%
2-3 years of experience in manufacturing finance, corporate accounting and internal/external auditing
Proficiency in SAP and other software programs used in business desirable
Certified Internal Auditor or Certified Public Accountant license preferred, or demonstrated work toward achieving one of those licenses
Multi-lingual is a definite asset
