Overview: We are looking for an experience Front end Engineer- Gen AI, to contribute to the design, development, and implementation of AI-driven solutions at Blue Yonder.

The focus of this role is Rapid prototyping of AI agents & gen AI experiences to meet the specific needs of our end users including both paying customers and internal customers.

As a key player in the Blue Yonder AI Innovation Studio, you will work on cutting-edge projects that push the boundaries of Generative AI and machine learning in the supply chain and retail domains.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in Software Engineering, data science, machine learning, with a passion for innovation and problem-solving.

What you will do:

• Collaborate with the AI development team to ship LLM-powered solutions

• Craft performant front-end code that is maintainable, testable and scalable

• Follow UX best practices making use of BY's visual identity and design systems in innovative ways

• Develop user-friendly interfaces leveraging best practices in conversational design patterns

• Stay on top of industry developments and design patterns for gen AI

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science or Engineering or any other related field required

• 5-7+ years of professional experience in front-end development, with a strong portfolio of successful projects and a track record of delivering high-quality user interfaces.

• Self-driven with the desire to take ownership and ability to work across the full stack Java Development.

• Strong Experience REQUIRED in modern web technologies such as TypeScript, CSS, React JS, and Tailwind and CSS, along with experience in frontend build systems and package managers (e.g., Vite, npm).

• Proven track record of shipping products powered by LLMs, RAG systems, and/or AI agents.

• Passion for creating exceptional user experiences that push the boundaries of gen AI with a knack for pleasant design.

• Comfortability working in a startup environment embedded within an enterprise.

The salary range for this position is $76,119.00 - $163,976.90

The salary range information provided, reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors. In addition, this role will be eligible to participate in either the annual performance bonus or commission program, determined by the nature of the position.
