Role:

In this role, you get to blend the platform and DT(IT) solutions. You will be able to leverage the NOW products and platform capabilities to built robust and scalable solutions for all infrastructure related services such as Observability, Infrastructure, End user services to pave way towards self-healing infrastructure.

What you get to do in this role:

• Architect and design platform solutions for Infrastructure and End User services
• Be the technical solution engineer for development projects
• Be the liaison between Operations and NOW product development teams
• Design, develop flow diagrams for all ITxM workflows
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Work with Now on Now team and develop Now on Now content for operations
• Oversee projects for operations and identify opportunities for Now on Now use cases
• Be the advocate and identify areas of improvement for platform adoption and provide feedback to products from a practitioner perspective.
• Represent operations in ARB from a NOW platform standpoint
• Be the advocate and speaker for NoN customer presentations for operations
• Develop content and write up for NoN success stories for operations

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you have:

• 6+ years of strong infrastructure background and experience
• ServiceNow product and platform experience is a must
• Experience in server and endpoint operating systems
• Experience in security solutions such as Zscaler, Crowdstrike, PKI infrastructure etc;
• Observability tooling experience

For positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $123,800 - $216,500, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs.

Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
