Job Duties and Responsibilities

Staff Business Analyst sought by DISH Wireless LLC in Littleton, Colorado

Responsible for enhancing the quality of Data Analytics products and services by analyzing business, customer, and partner requests. Translate visions into capabilities that are meaningful to technology teams.

Communicate, translate, and simplify business requirements into features to be consumed by agile teams.

Clarify business, customer, partner analytics request. Review product specifications for change.

Manage product backlog and assist with Spirit Management. Work with Agile Teams to ensure they understand specifications. Business process modeling to generate scenarios for test team.

Interface with business, customer, and partner onboarding team regarding enhancements, quality assurance (QA), and UAT. Ensure that DISH has intelligent applications and platforms that aligns with DISH road map of becoming an Intelligent Enterprise. Work with different business and operations stakeholders for DISH Commercial Wireless to gather, document and manage the scope and requirements, build wireframes for visualization deliverables, analyze the data, identify requirements for insights, prepare data mapping, work with architects and application leads to prepare the design diagram aligned with the solution architecture, validate functionality, dashboards, reports, data science models, predictions, recommendations and KPIs to ensure alignment with the business requirements, facilitate user acceptance testing with the business stakeholders, participate in Go/No Go calls for production deployment and perform sanity validation in Production.

Job requirements:

Requires: Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Information Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a closely related field plus 4 years Progressive Experience in job offered, Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role. Also requires 4 years of experience with/using the following (which may have been gained concurrently):

• Case and process flow diagram development;

• SQL based solutions delivered using BI tools;

• Converting business scope to insights, KPIs, and metrics

• Agile-based delivery/methodologies; and

• Cloud-based environments.

Skills, Experience and Requirements

Rate of pay: $133,900.00
