Job Duties and Responsibilities

Staff Business Analyst sought by DISH Network LLC in Englewood CO.

Perform business analysis, project management and project coordination to drive projects from inception to conception. Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams to manage new system implementations, upgrades, enhancements, and day-to-day problem analysis, status reporting, issue tracking, and resolution.

Work with business stakeholders through the SDLC process and provide excellent customer service and keep the team updated on project progress. Come up with innovative ideas and tools for process improvement and automation within the CFO organization and resolve problems in a timely manner. Perform analysis to identify/verify production issues.

Determine solutions for production issues and manage until resolution. Provide timely reporting to senior leadership and business leaders on an ongoing basis. Learn and implement new technologies such as RPA (robotic process automation) independently through self-study, online documentation, and training.

Job requirements:

Requires: Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a closely related field plus 6 years of professional work experience (at least 5 years of which must be progressive post-baccalaureate experience) in job offered or as Business Analyst. Also requires 6 years of work experience using/with the following (which may have been gained concurrently):

• Write detailed requirements documentation including process flows, features.

• Microsoft tools such as Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Suite tools.

• Billing systems such as CSG, AMDOCS, Shopify, Tucows, or software packages for the satellite, cable and/or telecommunications industry.

• Rally, ServiceNow, Kanban.

• RPA (Robotic Process Automation) tools such as UI Path, BluePrism.

Skills, Experience and Requirements

Employment is contingent on successful completion of a pre-employment criminal background check, which may include a drug test.

Rate of pay: $139,838.00
