The Staff Assistant plays a critical role by acting as a lead resource for the Central Administrative Office. This position performs a wide range of administrative and office support activities which includes but not limited to front office reception and general administrative tasks for the Administrative Office and direct administrative assistance to the Chief Financial Officer and Chaplain.

This position will promote the mission, vision and core values of the organization.

Required Skills

Associate Degree in business administration preferred. Proficiency with the MS Office Suite and other office equipment is required.

This position requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as the ability to exercise sound judgment and decision-making abilities. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail as well as strong organizational and time management skills.

Required Experience

The successful candidate will have a minimum of three (3) years administrative experience in a corporate environment.

Customer Service experience and comfortable working with diverse clientele
