Responsibilities
Develop conceptual designs, 3D renderings, schematic designs, design development, and construction documents, in compliance with applicable codes
Work on multiple projects while meeting budget and schedule constraints
Attend project-related meetings, as needed
Research project-related laws, codes, and other jurisdictional requirements
Perform in-depth due diligence tasks
Update and revise drawings per senior staff review
Coordinate design with sub-consultants' drawings (e.g., structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, etc.)
Update and maintain project archives, records, drawings, and specifications
Consistently meet deadlines as required by project work and supervisors
Perform additional related duties as assigned
Requirements
At least 2 - 15 years of experience working on similar projects
Bachelor of Architecture (5-year degree) or Master of Architecture
National Council of Architectural Registration Board (NCARB) record and/or Architect Registration Examination (ARE) candidate
Excellent communication skills
Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office
