Responsibilities:
Provide project team leadership and coordination for finished plans, specifications, and material selections; ensure design intent is incorporated into the construction documentation.
Lead and produce accurate technical and contract documentation for project construction.
Lead and participate in construction administration, bid review and support, site visits, addressing technical issues, and improving quality during construction.
Work with government and regulatory agencies to achieve overall project schedule and objectives.
Manage resources to produce 3D software renderings and critical presentations.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in architecture from accredited program.
Minimum 4 years related experience (completion of master's degree in related field may be substituted for one year of experience).
Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
This position requires an individual capable of applying intensive and diversified knowledge of principles and practices to broad areas of assignments.
Must be capable of devising new approaches to problems encountered.
Previous consulting experience preferred.
Proficient in Autocad, Microstation, & Revit.
Demonstrated progress toward becoming a Registered Architect.
