The Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) Mobility, Surveillance and Bombers (MS&B) division is seeking a Staff Analyst (Level 3) to support the Interiors Engineering Team based out of Tukwila, WA.

The Staff Analyst will work in a fast paced and dynamic environment to support long-range strategies, organizational goals, objectives and initiatives including scheduling, staffing and engineering deliverables analytics. The desired candidate must have strong organizational, data management, and project management skills.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Partners with organization leaders on long-range strategies, organizational goals, objectives, and initiatives

  • Partners with organization leader to develop an operating rhythm that supports the MS&B portfolio of projects / programs and internal business needs

  • Reviews and evaluates strategic organizational issues and identifies implementation recommendations

  • Provides continuous assessment of overall meeting/review architecture

  • Analyzes and summarizes data used in the development and proposal of organizational direction (e.g., budget information, workforce levels, training requirements and equipment/facility needs)

  • Provides data management/analytics for deliverables execution, budget/cost and short- & long-term staffing needs

  • Aids in development of leadership level briefings

  • Leads logistics planning & facilitation of large meetings/events

  • Plans and coordinates organizational facility requirements

  • Collaborates with subject matter experts, suppliers, partners and customers to deploy broad organizational training.

This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team's discretion and could potentially change in the future. The candidate will be required to work at the Boeing office in Tukwila at least 3 days per week.(9-96 building)

This position must meet export control compliance requirements. Tomeet export control compliance requirements, a "U.S. Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required. "U.S. Person" includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 3+ years of experience working with Microsoft Office applications

  • Experience with Tableau or similar data analytics tools

  • 3+ years of experience collecting data from multiple sources, performing analysis and presenting data

  • 3+ years of experience managing metrics to drive data driven solutions/decisions

  • 3+ years of job experience interfacing with and supporting senior leadership

  • 3+ years of experience producing presentations at the Executive level

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 4-year college degree in business administration or similar

Typical Education & Experience:

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).

Relocation:

Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.

Please note that the salary information shown below is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range: $79,050 - $106,950
