Boeing Intelligence & Analytics is seeking a Staff Analyst to join their top-tier team.

A successful candidate for this position would possess the following qualities and experiences:

Required Skills and Experiences:

  • Active TS/SCI clearance

  • 12 months of demonstrated experience directly supporting senior leaders in the military or intelligence community

  • 12 months of demonstrated experience in the intelligence community

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

Desired Skills and Experiences:

  • Foreign Language Knowledge

  • 12 months demonstrated experience with 2 of the following - NGA Marketplace, National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERTS), Model Evaluation Tools (MET), and Peoplesoft

  • Support the testing of foreign language skills

  • Implements translation methodology and quality control procedures and standards

  • Support education system

  • Knowledge of computer software tools (MS Office)

  • Minimum proficiency in foreign language

  • Minimum skill level 2 in Interagency Language Roundtable

  • Knowledge of Geography and/or Cartography

  • Prepares reports and technical briefings

This position also analyzes organizational system/data needs, creates project initiatives, and assists in solution design and implementation. This position provides support to leadership and staff at all levels of the organization and uses best practices and objectives that support the mission of the organization. Essential Functions: * Manages and administers Salesforce system for the organization. Guides systems analysis, design and implementation taking into account interacting systems and software. Manages user accounts and provides user support, training and system security. * Designs, develops, codes, configures and documents Salesforce in conjunction with project teams in order to achieve organizational strategic initiatives. * Works to ensure data integrity across systems and makes recommendations for the data aggregation and analysis process. Troubleshoots issues and develops plans for enhancing data collection and management procedures. * Serves as a liaison between internal stakeholders and external system providers. Works closely with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to identify requirements and opportunities to maximize system efficiencies and make improvements. * Analyzes and evaluates organizational needs, assists organizational staff and leadership in solution evaluation and system selection, and assists in designing, building and implementing various solutions to achieve organizational strategic initiatives. * Identifies opportunities for staff training, and designs and implements effective training programs to enhance the user's knowledge of the system. * Provides back-up support to Therap system as needed. Position Competencies: * Knowledge of technical software and tools including cloud based systems and data analysis tools. Stays current on industry best practices, standards, and software. * Knowledge of the organization including programs, support teams, funder requirements and accreditation standards. * Excellent communication and customer service skills to interact with all levels of the organization and with external partners. Able to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner. * Ability to organize and manage technical projects and be able to meet a variety of competing deliverables and deadlines. Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent required with college-level coursework or bachelor's degree in IT or related field preferred. * Must have 2-3 years of Salesforce administrator experience. Salesforce Administrator Certification preferred. * Must have 2-3 years of project management experience. * Knowledge and/or experience with coding preferred. Additional Requirements: * This position will travel to other Easterseals Midwest offices. Overnight trips may be required. * Must complete and maintain all required trainings/certifications. * Must maintain confidential information in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
