Responsibilities:

  • Develop plans for long-range strategies, organizational goals, objectives and initiatives.

  • Deliver informational or technical materials.

  • Develop and maintain the project schedule and budget.
  • Monitor and track execution of the plan and communicates status to all project participants.
  • Plan and coordinate organizational facility requirements.
  • Develop and deploy localized training content.

Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's and typically 6 or more years related work experience, a Masters degree and typically 4 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Job Description: * The Scaled Agile Developer will be part of the Payroll Agile Release Train (ART) that will design, build, test, and deploy new payroll solutions per SAFe methodology.
