Process various military personnel actions, such as evaluations, pay, promotions and separations using an automated personnel system.
Provide technical guidance with administrative functions.
Maintain suspense log within established timeframe.
Provide assistance to a wide variety of administrative programs necessary for day-to-day operations
Coordinate and supervise training of personnel on administrative duties.
Review incoming regulations relating to personnel programs.
Ensure correspondence is distributed to proper office.
Review correspondence for proper grammar and format.
Occasional travel - The business travel requirement is 10%.

This is a military technician position with the US Army Reserves. Specialized experience is defined as: general administrative functions and military procedures within a unit or activity; development and dissemination of administrative directives, consolidation of reports, management of correspondence, records, and mail, and the preparation of personnel and/or pay actions. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-07).
