Staff Accountant

Job Description Job Description Rondo-Pak is seeking an experienced Staff Accountant to become part of the team You will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial records for our company. Responsibilities: Prepare and examine accounting records, financial statements, taxes, and other financial reports Create and post monthly journal entries Develop and analyze reporting for business operations Prepare and file state sales tax return Create new processes to improve financial efficiency Prepare monthly bank settlements Support and research open Accounts Receivable invoices Prepare documentation for external auditors Other duties as assigned ​ Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in accounting required Previous experience in accounting or other related fields Fundamental knowledge of GAAP Strong mathematical, analytical and problem-solving skills Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook Excellent oral and written communication skills Experience with current computer accounting programs and reporting tools Detail and deadline-oriented Proven ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously Cost accounting experience a plus Company Description Global Print and Packaging specialist providing sophisticated packaging solutions, quick-to-market printed materials, and specialized fulfillment services for the Pharmaceutical, Medical Device, and Consumer Goods industries.
