We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Staff Accountant. The ideal candidate will have experience in the real estate industry, along with strong financial analysis and reporting skills.Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, and general ledger entries.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities for real estate projects.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support financial reporting requirements.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and accounting standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in accounting roles, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Strong understanding of financial analysis and reporting principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial data management.
