We will have many opportunities and career paths available to the right people as we grow. The Staff Accountant will prepare and maintain financial records to track the organization’s assets, liabilities, profit and loss, tax liabilities, and other related financial activities.

Supervisory Responsibilities: · None. Duties/Responsibilities: · Maintain the accuracy of subledgers. · Reconcile bank accounts, debt statements, credit accounts. · Prepare cash disbursements and maintain vendor accounts. · Purchasing and assistant with customer collections · Reconcile balance sheet accounts monthly. · Organize and maintain electronic document storage. · Document new procedures with SOP’s. · Create and maintain monthly close checklists. · Performs other related duties as assigned. Required Skills/Abilities: · Excellent verbal and written communication skills. · Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. · Knowledge of general financial accounting and to generally accepted accounting principles. · Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software, and accounting software.

Education and Experience: · AA degree in Accounting, or related field, required. · At least two years of related experience required. Physical Requirements: · Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
