Staff Accountant- Netsuite/Hybrid

Job Description Job Description Job Summary The primary responsibility for this role is participation in the Company’s monthly closing and reconciliation process, as well as daily accounting processes including, but not limited to: · Preparation of daily cash reports. · Chargeback management including research, response and entry in a timely manner. · Liaison between general accounting, Order Management, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable teams to ensure accurate financial reporting. · Prepare analysis for print production and events expense to determine proper month end accruals. · Analysis of revenue and expense accounts · Bank reconciliations · Management of full account analysis files (month end schedules) for manager review · Assist with the yearly financial statement audit by preparing audit schedules and providing requested supporting documentation · Assist accounts payable and receivable when needed · Perform administrative tasks to support the Finance Department · Other special projects as requested. Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Experience with NetSuite (or any other ERP System) system is required Excellent excel knowledge (pivot tables, V Lookups, etc) Able to work with a team or work independently Ability to take initiative to resolve problems by researching history in order to create and propose a solution Eager to learn and take on new responsibilities for professional growth Highly organized, proactive, accurate and meticulous about details Ability to prioritize, multi-task and meet deadlines Willing to perform administrative / support tasks as part of daily responsibilities Experience with Concur is required Related work Experience/Education: 2-3 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting or a series of internships · Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is a MUST
