Staff Accountant

City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Staff Accountant to join our team. As a Staff Accountant, you will be responsible for maintaining and analyzing financial records, managing accounts payable and receivable, preparing financial statements, and assisting with budgeting and forecasting.

Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes
• Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions
• Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting
• Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts
• Assist with year-end audits
• Provide support to the accounting team as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting
• Knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
