Job Responsibilities:
(included but not limited to the following)

  • Adhere to Reeves Construction Company safety programs to ensure safe work environment

  • Ideal candidates will have 1-3 years of related experience

  • Provide support to Region Managers, Controller, Asst Controllers, Area Managers and Dept Managers

  • Responsible for processing and analyzing inventories for multiple business units

  • Post bank deposits to general ledger. Reconcile cash receipts to general ledger

  • Review month end financials for accuracy. Process adjusting entries and reclassifications (as needed/directed by Controller/Asst Controllers/Plant Managers)

  • Prepare general ledger reconciliations on a monthly basis for select accounts

  • Prepare excel reports and other analysis as needed

  • Able to independently prioritize workload to meet all deadlines

  • Provide software support to plant personnel

  • Required to travel to area offices and manufacturing locations as needed

Requirements

  • Candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business Administration with a focus in Accounting

  • Preferred candidates will have some previous related work experience (1-3) years

  • Candidate must be at least 18 years of age

  • Must be willing to relocate after initial training period

  • Proven experience with Microsoft Office

  • Ability to reach and interpret documents, organize and analyze data

  • Good interpersonal and teambuilding skills

  • Must have a current and valid driver's license

  • Must have adequate transportation to work

  • Adhere to safety procedures/guidelines at all times

  • Punctuality, consistent attendance and self-direction for the success of the operations
