Assist with all accounting functions to including product costing, Accounts Payable, coordination with corporate, SMP Purchase Order activity, AR project administration, SDC receiving, assist Controller in month-end accounting activities, account reconciliations, account reviews, production order review in SAP, E100/RIE project tracking, and product cost analysis.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following: Other duties may be assigned.
Evaluate and respond to financial evaluations, monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports required by management as needed.
Assist Controller in various inventory and budgeting and record keeping tasks.
Represent the company in a professional way in all dealings in the work place and in the community.
Contribute to team efforts by working with co-workers in a professional way and assist each one as necessary.
Actively track E100 and RIE savings and project timelines.
Serve as back up for other office functions as required. Monthly/yearly task may require working outside of normal business hours to accomplish required assignments.
Actively participate in cycle-counting and inventory reconciliation.

MINIMUM EDUCATION and /or EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's degree in accounting or business related field
Minimum of 2-years accounting experience.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Knowledge of Accounting and general office procedures
Ability to communicate (orally and written) in a professional manner, when dealing with employees, vendors, and customers.
Competent computer skills to perform essential functions.
SAP experience preferred
