Position Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Staff Accountant with expertise in Intacct to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong accounting background, excellent analytical skills, and proficiency with Intacct software. This role will involve managing financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform day-to-day accounting tasks including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Manage month-end and year-end close processes.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
• Conduct regular audits and reconciliations of financial data.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of financial transactions.
• Maintain and update financial records and documentation.
• Assist with the implementation and maintenance of accounting controls and procedures.
• Collaborate with internal and external auditors during audits and reviews.
• Utilize Intacct software for accounting processes and reporting.
• Provide support for special projects and ad hoc financial analysis as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA or working towards CPA certification preferred.
• Minimum of 2-4 years of accounting experience.
• Proficiency in Intacct accounting software.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
