THE ROLE
In this role you will be responsible for:
Primary role is to build and manage Global Stability Program
Develop, manage and grow the team
Accountable for managing the daily operation of the Stability Program
Includes setting up protocols and data reviews with PD
Communication of results and align on final decisions
Comply with Coty's SOPs and guidelines
Perform technical analyses for all types of products
Address conclusion of results based on SOP established criteria
Identify relevant parameters to control if required
Responsible for lab instrument operation and data processing
Ensure traceability of data
Responsible for the daily maintenance of related instruments, recording the use and maintenance of instruments.
Knowledge of Chromatography Data Processing for routine analysis
Application of the quality system, metrology system of R&D lab
QUALIFICATIONS
We'd love to see candidates who have:
Essential:
Broad science work experience and skillset in Analytical, with excellent organizational skills
Bachelor's degree in chemistry required (Master's Degree preferred)
Minimum of 3-5 years related work experience in beauty industry
Practical knowledge of Chromatography Data Processing software is desirable.
Prior leadership experience is desirable.
Advanced computer skills
