Call Center Representative - $13.00/ HR
First Transit is now hiring first-class reservationists who will be responsible for responding to inbound phone inquiries, scheduling customer trips and providing excellent and caring customer service. Our ideal candidate possesses superior communication and customer service skills both in person and over the phone. We will train you to become a customer service superstar, you just need to have that desire and determination to succeed!

Reservationist responsibilities include:
Be the first point of contact for all inquiries regarding customer rides
Answer all inbound phone inquiries promptly and courteously
Schedule customer rides
Be the liaison between clients and First Transit in resolving customer service issues
Provide prompt excellent and caring customer service when speaking with clients
Records type of service/related information accurately on each ride request.
Effectively prioritize tasks and manage time
19 years of age or older
Ability to communicate effectively in English
Demonstrate regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
Subject to pre-employment drug tests
Sit in a small call center environment
Must be able to work a schedule including weekends
Your dedication to providing wonderful customer service is imperative for success in this position. Our St. Paul location operates Metro Mobility paratransit service for the Metropolitan Council.
