Responsibilities 1. Provide subject matter expertise on data architecture, data management and analytics 2.

Analyze business needsrequirements in close collaboration with IT business analysts and explore solution alternatives 3. Develop necessary designs and plans to ensure projects and solutions satisfy business needs 4. Responsible for generating data management and integration architectural recommendations for database applications and projects 5.

Conduct architectural evaluation, design and analysis of data lineage and MDM solutions 6. Actively listen to client problems and needs to implement that information when creating solution plans 7. Provide advice and make decisions about which technologies would be suitable to use for various projects 8.

Consistently monitor the scope of projects 9. Collaborate with project managers and other staff members to develop budgets and timelines for solutions 10. Assess and evaluate risk as required 11.

Maintain understanding of how individual work and decisions fit into the broader organizational picture Key Skills and Experience 1. 10 years of direct experience in Data, Database and ETL development, support and operations with emphasis on Data quality and Data transformations, Transport, Security 2. 3 years of experience with extensive expertise in the data management and architecture areas including but not limited to Data modelling, Data lineage Meta data, MDM, Ingestion, Pseudonymization, Encryption etc. 3. Experience with enterprise level data analysis and integration work andor providing data focused systems integration solutions 4. Expert level of technical knowledge on data architecture and data integration 5.

Exposure to and conceptual understanding of data integration tools and technologies 6. Deep understanding of Enterprise Architecture Frameworks 7. Excellent knowledge of IT systems, tools and IT Service Management Processes. 8.

Ability to work independently with minimum supervision in an agile environment 9. Sound understanding of programming languages - XML, Java, Python, JavaScript, HTML, CSS. 10. Ability to articulate ideas to both technical and non-technical addressees 11.

Demonstrate effective problem solving skills and ability to manage multiple projects. 12.

Ability to quickly learn new technologies as they become prevalent and widely implemented including decision making, time management, and task prioritization 13. Excellent oral and written skills in English. Good German knowledge will be an advantage

Responsibilities As a Senior Manager, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution.
