TVG/FanDuel is looking for an enthusiastic, pro-active product/UX researcher someone who with an inquisitive analytical product mind who can ensure we build a completely new racing betting experience for the right customers and set up research processes within the TVG product team to ensure we're listen to customers in making our product decisions in our legacy business.
What you'll do:
Planning creating research plans, finding product opportunities, absorbing customer feedback from multiple sources, and actioning data from user activity
Design and objective setting working with teams to define and design the research, create the research objectives, decide on appropriate research methodologies and action research activities
Ensure user participation identify and recruit participants for research activities. Identify eligible and relevant customer segments for regular feedback loops.
Design and facilitate research work with teams to scope, plan and prepare any material for research activities.
Report and share interpret qualitative and quantitative data from research activities, analyze data and extract actionable findings. Communicate effectively using the appropriate materials.
Feedback Organize feedback sessions to discuss findings with relevant stakeholders. Work with Design to ensure that the findings are considered in the team decision making process.
Archiving Ensuring all findings, reports and presentations are catalogued for future reference.
4+ years of professional experience with 3/4 years of related product or UX research.
Familiarity with online betting
Excellent critical thinking skills (how to size up a problem and prioritize the right features at pace)
Must be self-motivated and accountable
Ability to handle multiple simultaneous projects while effectively balancing scope, resourcing, time, and quality
Experience owning key research product and presenting to senior stakeholders.
Familiarity and explicit experience with agile/scrum best practices.
Passionate about online/mobile products and technology.
