DuPont's Safety & Construction is recruiting for SRM Coordinator to join its dynamic team located in Wilmington, DE at its Experimental Station site. Safety & Construction is a leading provider of engineered products and integrated systems for the construction, worker safety, energy, oil & gas, transportation, water purification and medical markets. The SRM Coordinator will work in a professional corporate environment, providing administrative services support to the Safety & Construction business teams. The SRM Coordinator performs general office, clerical, and production support duties following established procedures and detailed instructions. Support may be in, but not limited to, the area of Sourcing and procurement.

As an SRM Coordinator, you will:

  • Manage purchasing/procurement transactional work in SAP/SRM (Supplier Relationship Management) system for all requisition creation and workflow monitoring. This includes data entry for various commodities, vendor maintenance, staff augmentation (Agile-One), on-line catalog supplies ordering, etc.

  • Organize requests via Excel spreadsheet log

  • Works with the business Account Managers for reporting and analysis of their accounts

  • Communication with the general business population on SRM matters, especially work flow improvements

  • Other projects and duties as assigned

  • A minimum of a High School diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent is required; Associates degree or higher is preferred

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of administrative experience is required

  • Experience supporting multiple leaders across various business units is required

  • Ability to navigate the tools of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc) is required

  • Experience with ordering tools such as SRM, and the capability to learn new computer software systems are preferred

  • Close attention to detail and high work standards

  • Experience in data analysis is highly preferred

  • Strong planning and organization skills

  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external customers

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with people across multiple functions

  • Willingness to take initiative and work under little supervision

  • Experience working with confidential information is a plus

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a virtual environment

  • Flexibility and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy and dynamic work environment

  • This role is located in Wilmington, DE and may require less than 5% of travel

  • A minimum requirement for this U.S. based position is the ability to work legally in the United States; No visa sponsorship/support is available for this position

Primary Function: To organize, prepare and assist in the delivery of patient care services for the Child Life Department. Assumes primary responsibility to prepare and maintain therapeutic treatment and patient care areas within safety and infection control guidelines. Carries out developmental and therapeutic play and activity programming in coordination with the Child Life Specialists and the health care team. Schedule: 1 weekend day per week and 1 weekday evening. Essential Functions: * Direct Patient Care Responsibilities Demonstrates proficiency in the care of all ages; pediatrics, adolescents, and adults. * Maintains patient confidentiality related to conversation, medical record, treatment plans, etc. * Follows basic medical precautions for each patient (for eating, drinking, mobility) and refers appropriately to health care team/nursing unit. * Assists patients where designated support is needed (such as transfers, ambulation practice, etc.) * Uses machines and tools in a responsible manner adhering to safety practices as outlined by the manufacturer and OSHA Standards. * Implements Child Life programming that is consistent with patient needs, goals of the health care team, and standards of professional Child Life practice through a variety of therapeutic and developmental play activities to promote self healing, self expression, understanding and mastery. * Provides basic psychosocial support to patients and families addressing issues related to hospitalization and continuity in the child's normal life experience; directs to professional staff as appropriate. * Responsible for monitoring the Child Life play spaces to provide for safety and cleanliness appropriate to patient population, hospital policy and procedures and regulatory standards. * Contributes to maintaining a patient "safe zone" that is appealing to patients and families. * Communicates pertinent information on patient developmental and psychosocial issues to the health care team. * Provides orientation, supervision, and guidance to volunteers serving in assigned Child Life program area. * Provides supervision and assistance as needed to community programming events in the Child Life spaces. * Indirect Patient Care Responsibilities Maintains equipment and supplies in a cost-efficient manner and identifies needed materials. * Attends and participates in Child Life program meetings.
