Provide administrative support to one or more high level executives. Prepare a variety of written and electronic communications, meeting materials and reports. Plan and organize meetings, conferences and other events. Perform complex calendar management and travel arrangement coordination for executives. Exceptional customer service skills needed to routinely interact with a diverse range of internal and external customers.
Complex calendar management is coordinated and executive's time is managed avoiding scheduling conflicts. Required information and materials are obtained to effectively support executive's schedule and meeting/event.
Frequent travel arrangements for executive and/or others including internal and external customers are coordinated.
Meetings and events are scheduled, planned and coordinated independently and appropriately.
Meetings are attended, and meeting notes are prepared and distributed to attendees.
Complex assignments are performed that are non-repetitive and often project oriented, with ability to problem-solve and determine best course of action with little or no direction.
Correspondence and other communications are written and presented in appropriate format from notes, verbal instructions, or independently from knowledge of circumstances and policy.
Expense reimbursement requests, purchase orders and other financial procedures are processed accurately and timely.
May oversee or lead the work of others performing similar duties.
Additional department, organization, or network activities are completed per established objectives.

Qualifications and Experience
Minimum 5 years administrative support for mid to high level management or executive
Skills (Specific learned activity gained through training (e.g. computer skills, keyboarding, presentation, CPR, ACLS, etc.)
Must possess advanced computer skills, including Microsoft office suite with ability to learn and utilize other complex software programs
Excellent customer service skills with ability to interact with a diverse population using tact and diplomacy
Excellent written, verbal and electronic communications.
Ability to prioritize work and organize assignments independently.
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
Discreet decisions that impact executive's work and schedule are made appropriately.
Maintain solution-oriented approach while dealing with interpersonal conflict.
