RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Live Our Values: People, Quality, Service and Innovation

  • Analyze data and execute tactics to support the completion and review of short and/or long-term labor planning and forecasting

  • Develop and monitor labor scheduling with focus on ensuring service level goals can be achieved

  • Review daily information to determine workforce adjustments required to meet service level goals

  • Support the Workforce Leader with: analyzing and maintaining reports on key performance indicators (KPI) to consistently measure performance as part of operational reports for the leadership team.

  • Review and monitor operational reports to proactively call out anomalies to business leadership to drive successful execution of our service levels

  • Document and drive procedural changes to increase productivity, accuracy and workflow.

  • Exceed client expectations through reliability, commitment and follow-up.

  • Support and drive special projects as directed.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • High level of attention, accuracy and detail.

  • Advanced MS Excel skills (required)

  • Solid understanding of (or the ability to grasp) Workforce Management practices including Occupancy, CPC, Shrinkage, Productivity.

  • Prior experience as an Analyst (preferred).

  • Commitment to quality, detailed focused on all levels.

  • Schedule flexibility to support the business, including nights and weekends (if needed).

  • Undergraduate degree preferred.
