What You'll Do: The Senior Warehouse Specialist is responsible for the safe and efficient shipping, receiving, and storing of materials. You'll use our ERP system to track and maintain inventory, run reports, and support site operations. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in logistics, centered around Receiving, Shipping, Inventory Control and Warehouse Storage.

Primary Responsibilities will include:

  • Pick and stage customer orders for shipment.

  • Generate and print detailed packing list and generate shipping Bill of Ladings.

  • Ensure all customer orders are shipped accurately and in good condition.

  • Perform quality inspection to ensure that products and packaging meet quality standards before shipment.

  • Check incoming and outgoing shipment integrity. Notify operations if any deficiencies exist and assist in resolution.

  • Ensure immediate transportation vehicles are cleaned and will not damage product.

  • Communicate with external customers, vendors, suppliers, and drivers.

  • Provide a weekly raw material inventory list.

  • Receive material into inventory and perform shipping transactions to accurately adjust inventory.

  • Perform random cycle counts and report accuracy and variances.

  • Run daily reports to capture new orders and changes.

  • Load and unload trucks.

  • Successfully utilize handheld scanning devices, where applicable.

  • Continuously assess the needs of the plant by reviewing BOM's and Schedules.

  • Perform stock moves in ERP system to correspond with physical locations.

  • Perform housekeeping duties when required.

  • Complete monthly Safety Audits as directed.

  • Assist with year-end inventory.


  • High School diploma or equivalent is required; Associates Degree and/or relevant post high school coursework is preferred
  • 5-7 years of experience in logistics, centered around Receiving, Shipping, Inventory Control and Warehouse Storage
  • 5 years of experience in lift truck operations

Required Skills:

  • Strong computer skills and 5+ years of ERP experience

  • Advanced Excel skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Word

  • Ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing with internal and external customers

  • Strong attention to detail and quality focused

  • Ability to work well with a team to achieve common goals

  • Organized and able to manage several databases and spreadsheets detailing the various elements and aspects of inventory.

  • Basic mathematical skills

  • Read and comprehend English

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

  • Forklift certified

Performs basic to moderately complex drafting duties by operating Computer Aided Design (CAD) equipment. Assists with drafting detailed dimensional drawings and design layouts for projects to ensure conformance to specifications. May assist in orienting, training, and assigning work of technical/business support employees. Incumbent will also be responsible for ensuring models and drawings are compliant with industry specifications as well as customer requirements. Incumbent will be expected to become knowledgeable about the product line to aid engineers in creating new configurations, along with being familiar and comfortable with geometric tolerancing. Primary Responsibilities: * Design/drafting responsibilities for mechanical group. * Job will entail modifying and/or creating 3-D models, modifying and/or creating finished drawings from models, redlines or sketches with minimal supervision. * Incumbent will also work closely with project engineers to design models for a variety of programs. * Most, but not all, models and drawings will be of a mechanical nature. * Responsibilities will also include creating bills of materials for assemblies and ensuring entire drawing package is complete.
