As a Sr. Warehouse Coordinator, you will develop new skills, work in a safety-minded environment, and join us in expanding technology for a better community. Responsibilities As a Sr. Warehouse Coordinator, you are responsible for warehouse operations and software.

Previous experience in scheduling, and problem-solving is ideal.

In addition, you will: Install strapping, bracing, or padding to prevent shifting or damage in transit, by using appropriate hand tools.

Ensure proper materials are loaded using pallets, trays, racks, and shelves when needed.

Convey materials from storage or work sites to the designed area using a hand truck, electric dolly, wheelbarrow, or other devices. May occasionally operate an industrial truck or electric hoist to assist in loading or moving materials and products.

Ensure all identifying tags or labels are properly attached to materials or all identifying marks are properly used to identify information on cases, bales, or other containers.

Properly maintain records as required by management in the appropriate warehouse information system.  Receive incoming inventory & Supply items, log into the company warehouse system, and stock inventory in the proper location.

Read work orders, shipping order, or follows verbal instructions Fill customer invoices.

Check part numbers, clean, and packs inventory items. Inspect inventory for defects, scratches, or other damage.

Notify Warehouse Manager of problems.

Follow all company safety and accident procedures while on company premises or operating company vehicles or equipment. Track all inventory in the appropriate system Organize and cleans warehouse space and company equipment as needed.

Report any customer problems or concerns immediately.

Coach fellow associates on warehouse operational practices and procedures, equipment operation, and safety procedures when needed. Enforce policies and procedures to ensure efficient, effective, and safe warehouse operations.

Evaluate current processes and procedures and recommend changes to warehouse management.

Contribute ideas on ways to reduce warehouse costs per unit and increase productivity. Maintain working knowledge of warehouse data systems and performs various tasks within the system. When requested deliver supplies and equipment in a timely fashion while observing all Regulated DOT and OSHA standards.

Possess a basic understanding of or ability to quickly learn company product codes and terminology. You have a thorough understanding of warehouse policies and procedures.

Possess good analytical skills and the ability to make sound judgments relative to inventory.
