The successful candidate will be based at our Global HQ in Amsterdam and report to the Head of Payments Partnerships. This is a role that has become available due to global expansion strategy. You will be responsible for centrally managing relationships with Payment Service Providers, with the aim of creating a scalable and resilient payments ecosystem in accordance with the Payments as a Service roadmap.

  • Work with multiple departments to design, develop and deliver payment solutions and systems that support the needs of across all its eCommerce business channels.

  • Be the subject matter expert on introduction and operational management of new payment methods.

  • Have detailed knowledge of business processes as well as trending and emerging technology/solutions related to eCommerce payments.

  • Manage and consult the business on new and existing Payment Service Providers (PSPs) regarding; all capabilities, performance and deliverables.

  • Lead all contract negotiations, quarterly benchmarking reviews, PSP integrations and transitions/dispositions

  • Lead cross functional stakeholder management in regards to vendor/provider topics and act as escalation point

  • Collaborate with the technical and business teams to ensure alignment on the overall roadmap for B2C (and potentially B2B) activities;

  • Effectively resolve problems and roadblocks as they occur, consistently following through on details while driving innovation as well as issue resolution; identifies risks related to payments' architecture and drives their mitigation.


  • 6+ years experience in Payments vendor/partnership management in a large e-commerce/Tech driven company

  • Deep understanding of the payments industry, knowledge of card acquiring, global alternative payment methods, and payment gateways

  • Extensive experience and familiarity with payment instruments such as ACH / Funds Transfers, Credit/Debit Cards (including Chargebacks), alternative payment methods and their rules and regulations.

  • Demonstrate strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously and drive an outcome to completion

  • Ability to manage multiple competing stakeholder demands and personalities in a constructive manner balancing tenacity to drive for business objectives and relationship management

  • Excellent English written and oral communication

  • Broad knowledge of micro and macroeconomic factors with the ability to translate these into risk-based decisions

There is dual reporting line to the Group CFO as well as the Audit Committee. Internal Audit functions as the "third line of defence" of the organization. The mission of the Internal Audit department is to provide independent, objective assurance and consulting services designed to add value and improve the operations of the Intertrust Group. To achieve its mission, Internal Audit is granted full authority for unrestricted access to any and all of Intertrust Group records, physical properties, and staff pertinent to carrying out any engagement. Your responsibilities * Prepare and perform internal audit assignments with focus on audit of Funds, Capital Markets, Depositary and AIFM services and finalise these with a report; * Monitor the status of follow-up on recommendations actions of reports; * Work together with senior professionals in Funds and Capital Markets service line; * Actively contribute to best practice sharing within the Group by understanding that Internal; Audit is not only about control but also about consulting; * Bringing back complex matters to the core issue, detect the root cause and convert observations in clear to the point written recommendations; * Investigations in sensitive matters. Who are we looking for * A master degree Accounting or Economics or similar; * At least 7-10 years of working experience in Funds and or Capital Markets industry. Experience with an international operating company and the financial services industry is a plus; * Affinity with Internal Audit or willingness to obtain knowledge through self-study both in the field of Audit as well in the services of Intertrust; * An excellent understanding and demonstration of integrity and ethics; * Strong stakeholder management skills, able to challenge senior management; * Ability to work simultaneously on multiple audit assignments and keep tight deadlines; * Fluent in English, verbally and in writing; * Willing to frequent travel (in average 1 week per month).
