Sr. Unified Communication Specialist

Piper Companies is seeking a Unified Communcation Journeyman to join a premier federal contracting company based out of Hill Air Force Base. The Unified Communication Journeyman is responsible for supporting network and telecommunications devices for a DoD end customer.

Responsibilities of the Unified Communication Journeyman include:

• Investigate netowrk and telecommunication indidnt

• Maintain, support and repair network devices

• Support VoIP network devices

• Utilize Cisco Unified Call Manager for support on Cisco network devices

Qualifications for the Remote Unified Communication Journeyman:

• Active Secret Clearance

• CompTIA Sec+

• Support TDM telephone switches, VoPI, Call Manager and VTC systems

• Experience supporting one or more network vendors (Ex: Cisco, Juniper, Palo Alto)

• 3+ years of relevant network support experience

Compensation for the Unified Communication Journeyman:

• Pay Rate: $33.50/hr
